The independent audit services consist of examination of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), accounting and reporting standards accepted in the United States (U.S. GAAP), and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards/Turkish Accounting Standards (TFRS/TMS) that are adopted by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), and that also apply to the companies that are subject to independent auditing under the Turkish Commercial Code.

The independent audit services also include the follow-up of international and local accounting and regulatory changes and providing technical support services to our customers about these changes.

Compliance to Financial Reporting Regulations and Reporting Services

Our compliance to financial reporting regulations and reporting services are helping international companies that operate in Turkey to fullfilling both their local legal reporting requirements, and their reporting requirements abroad.

These reporting services also include supportting the firms that are or will be subject to independent audit under Turkish Commercial Code to switch from generally accepted accounting principles to Turkish Financial Reporting Standards/Turkish Accounting Standards and prepare necessary financial reports during this transition.
